It's whatever. I ignore most of it, and only attempted it once. And then I was lazy and got Hermione to finish writing it for me.
Personally, there's a bit much of it EVERYWHERE. If it were more contained, I wouldn't mind as much.
I'm okay with it happening with a couple or something, but it's gotten ridiculous the amounts of it everywhere for no reason other than just boredom.

Ya i like the cute stuff I have no problem with but when it's too much i leave kind of thing. Me and Ced thought we were the only ones on here you didn't like smut

I think Hermione's past actions automatically exclude her from joining this, and tbh I wouldn't join anyway, but I just wanted to pop in and say good for you guys. I am all for smut when it's got meaning or story or feeling behind it (the sort of smut that is just done for the sake of it actually doesn't hold my interest anymore because there's no reason for it, no impact upon other events to make the RP exciting), but I respect that not everyone feels the same way so you'll get only support from me.

I feel like there should be some better way to contain it all.
All these threads that used to be cool for whatever have suddenly got ratings.
5 or 6 on the grounds, 7 in the various places, 4 in the Slytherin common room alone (3 of our 7 dorms).
If it wasn't that many, I wouldn't care so much.

I'm fine with the fact that it's inevitable that Pansy will become involved in some of it, just because that's the way the character is and I did pick her after all and want to stick to something of a canon, but I will pull a Remus and probably not write it myself. I'm okay with it because it's part of an actual plot and there will be a real reason for it happening. Not just because I'm bored one night and think it sounds like fun to jump into some smut.

I've been wondering if it's worth suggesting an actual section of the forum - like Voldy's corner - for threads that are rated. I thought about it briefly on the old forum but with the move and everything it just slipped my mind. It may make the forum more user friendly for everyone? What do we think? Should I PM Eowyn with the suggestion?
